If older than 27.20.100.9466 please install the latest drivers from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics It says that either I have the latest version or there are no drivers available. But I have the 24.20.100.6299

Carlo 4328
Are you trying to run an auto update or did you directly download the driver from here https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30381/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers (left side first download) and then running it on your local computer? Yesterday I already provided it and it indicated that the driver is not valid for that system. Contact the manufacturer of the system https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005469/graphics.html Edited April 23, 2021 by LeidenSpain
Carlo 4328
Let me rephrase my question. Did you download igfx_win10_100.9466.exe and then try and install it? Could you try it again and show a screen shot of the error you get?

Carlo 4328
Thanks for doing that. I guess with it being a touch tablet they are letting MS control the vid drivers. You likely have these installed but it wouldn't be a bad idea to try these which are specific to the Surface Pro 4. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49498 Not even sure drivers will make any difference but having the latest drivers available is generally a good thing. Carlo 4328
I did a remote session and we explored many things with no resolution to why the store version won't play as smooth as the desktop version. Files are mounted on a google drive. Web and desktop theater will direct play files. Store version stutters/pauses with a 11Mb file. If forced to transcode to 1080-10Mb it plays back perfectly. AC3 audio in direct or transcode. Anyone have any additional ideas?
