Android app client won't connect to Windows server!!

This has been driving me up the wall for hours, despite my emby connect all verified and logged in, my server recognised in the app AND the port unblocked I still get the same error message on my phone "Connection Failure - We're unable to connect to the server right now.  Please ensure it is running" even though it's running?? 

Would someone please be able to shed some light on this issue?

You're accessing the https port (443) using an IP address, not a domain name.  Your security certificate should specify a domain name, and you should use that to connect with (if you have no certificate, then post 443 won't work anyway).  If you do not have a DNS entry for it somewhere, you may be able to test by putting an entry in a "hosts" file, but you may find getting a DNS entry easier...

Also, you're using your local network address - that's fine if you are wi-fi at home, but won't work elsewhere.
