4K content is 'loading' in my local network

So yesterday make me crazy, when the only think wanted is to play a movie (sized 32gb) in my new tv.

Long story:
My Samsung tv is playing movies for few weeks fine, all the movies what about 1080p, now I started download 4K content and wanted to start watching.
The Samsung tv app was loading the movie and then playing it, the subtitle wasn't good since it's showed me a different language, and a lot of massy trouble. even when the tv connected with CAT6 cable to router. So I stopped and move to my next streaming device: Xiaomi mi box

Xiaomi mi box played the subtitle well, but the app was freeze out and stuck, after a quick restart to app, trying again, but now the buffer is loading, in the time line the gray is expanding, but the movie wasn't start to play.

LDAP build-in in Samsung tv was crashed, and now my last option, use my laptop with HDMI cable to my tv:
My MacBook Pro connected to tv and trying to stream, but still it's freeze and stuck, so now I connect even Ethernet cable (Cat6) and now the movie is playing, but every 5 seconds stop to buffer.

Here I just stopped and moved to my Netflix for another stupid content..
My questions is:

  1. Is there any way I can troubleshooting ?
  2. How can I check speed between Emby server and Emby clients ?
  3. What can affected that ?

I attached the logs after trying again.

Edit:

So today it's happen again, watching on my Samsung tv was OK until the colors start to change after few minutes. (subtitles was good)
Then the buffer is stuck to load every few minutes.
Moved to Xiaomi mi box -> then watching until half movie -> start buffering. Tried to change quality or change buffer speed to lower.. Still.
Move to MacBook Pro with HDMI cable -> using browser to watch, after few 10-15 minutes stuck again.

I just quit emby and watched by the original file using smb...

Hi there, I don't see any playback activity in this log file. Are you sure this is the right one from the timeframe that you attempted to play with Emby? Thanks.

The issue didn't came-up again for now.
I was change 4K content audio from 7.1 TrueHD to 5.1 AC, and it's running pretty good for now.
Today I will try to check again and update with more information.

I notice you were resuming. Does it also happen if you play from the beginning?

In original post, it was happend from beginning, after change the audio 7.1 TureHD -> 5.1 AC, it's not stuck.
Yesterday, it was from 50% of the movie (samsung tv client), and after that changed to Xiaomi mi box, and it was stuck also.

I restart the PC that host the server, and then watch to end, but in last minutes it happen again, so I changed to watch from web (macOs) to see the last minutes, and it was very stuck.
I took logs before the restart and in the end of the movie.

Do I need to have the issue again, or just share the current with you ?

The ffmpeg file is specific to  one playback so it needs to be the ffmpeg log specifically for the problem media playback.

The log is for about 1.25 minutes of playback.

So during this brief time, what happened that was wrong or didn't work?
