foristickman 3
Okay I refreshed the metadata. This time results were a bit different. It did slowly transcode, it didn't stop playing saying there were no compatible streams. But it shouldn't be trying to transcode at all. ffmpeg-transcode-9df8d494-d701-49c9-8d14-c7c73aa18889_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-793870ac-2a31-4348-81ae-760357c3b917_1.txt embyserver.txt Edited January 1, 2021 by foristickman
SamES 880
There is still something a bit odd. Did the file originally have more streams, then you deleted some? can you try making a copy of this file with a different name, and add it to a new folder with the sub file, then try playing it when the server has found and scanned it. foristickman 3
I can't remember it's possible the subtitles were embedded at one point. And the audio might have been swapped out as handbrake doesn't handle pcm audio so when I re-encoded it to x265 I removed the converted audio and added the pcm back in. embyserver.txt ffmpeg-transcode-2200c60a-2cea-4e08-a1f0-ed2b370d7226_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-d64514c6-7172-48ff-ae9e-85f49e5eacbf_1.txt ffmpeg-transcode-49bd7976-313a-4648-a996-6c3e905a4dc4_1.txt
SamES 880
OK, I know what's going on here. It only affects 2019 models. Just need to work out a fix.
