Hi, can you remove trakt plugin and try again.  You're getting a lot of log activity with errors from trakt.

Do you have ffmpeg logs (direct streaming, remuxing or transconding)? Tell us more about your setup, server, connections, clients, types of media ...

I'm seeing a lot of authentication errors in your logs just so you know as well as access to admin pages being blocked.

Are you playing back videos USING subtitles?  If so can you try playing the media without the subs and let us know how that works.

@cayars I emailed yesterday to Emby Premiere section about Some Premier features error.

The theme changes and some other Premiere features isn't working. It's changing automatically to the precious/default after I Refresh it.

Yes I'm playing with sub also playing without sub but It's the same. Freezing on my android app, web and windows app.

@vdatanet I'm only playing direct play. I was playing MP4 videos, tested with low bitrate and high bitrate both, it's the same for both.

Adding ffmpeg log of the recent video that freezing (although every video is freezing)

That's obviously a transcode and not direct play.

It's also extracting subs as well and preparing them as VTT subs.

I'm using ULTRASEEDBOX SERVICE, it's installed on their server

Open a ticket in Ultraseedbox, maybe they have some kind of problem their servers tend to be overbooked.

They're saying "they've checked and found nothing wrong with my server slot, it's something wrong with EMBY, Either buggy or caches"
IDK what to do now.

Update: I Direct played this video but now I can see ffmpeg remux , Still Freezing and auto pause after few mints or few sec playback

When you say you "direct played" it, what do you mean by that?

Direct play to us is a method the server client use for the video and not the way you specifically play it.
In the clients you can click the cog wheel/icon and then Stats for Nerds.  That will show you the method being used which is a direct play, direct stream/remux or a transcode.

The file above was direct streamed as it was remuxed and we can tell that without even looking at the contents as is says "remux" in the name.

Here is a section from the log file.  Look at the "speed" at the end.  a 1.0 is real-time.  So any number under 1.0x speed means the server can't keep up.  You can see it starts out close to 2x but then quickly slows down to sub par performance.  It goes all the way down to half speed.

Being this is on a shared seedbox server it likely doesn't have the CPU muscle needed for processing video.

I'd tend to agree as you aren't getting a VPS meant for high CPU consumption but for IO and bandwidth instead.
It's kind of the wrong tool for the job.
