Issues with Apple TV4 finding UPnP Server using VLC

Emby Server is on Macbook Pro using macOS Catalina version 10.15.7

Emby App: Apple TV 4th Gen running tvOS 14.2

VLC App for Apple TV version 3.0.12

Using VLC to stream movies from external HD to AppleTV, was originally using Plex but had issues with VLC finding the UPnP server on the Local Network. Downloaded Emby today and VLC was initially finding the UPnP server and accessing my library without issue for about 30-45 mins. Then the UPnP server disappeared and I have no been able to get it to reappear on the VLC app and cannot figure out why. This is the same issue I had with Plex. Any ideas on how to configure or fix? Not sure if it helps but my ISP is Spectrum and I have a dual router/modem provided by them (Ubee Brand).

Hi, is it possible this is an issue with Vlc?

Not sure, is there a way to figure that out? Willing to try anything,

Well I'm just speculating but Plex's dlna code is in no way related to ours, and yet VLC has the same result with both.
