Movie Hub/TV Hub Missing?

Hey Guys I am trying to get the option to see Movie Hub and TV Hub, but I cannot seem to find that option at all. If I force Kodi to open movie hub or tv hub it works fine but it does not show up in the menu anywhere. I am using Kodi 18.9 and ive done everything I could think of to get the options but have had no success. All I see on the top is Favourite or Home and Favourite when I am in the settings menu. I am using addons and not using an Emby server not sure if thats the reason but it doesnt explain why I am able to access those menu options when I set the movie/tv hub as the startup location. Any help/guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!
