Unfortunately, in the official ATV app - you can't. You can sideload vanilla Android app if you need to profit from that function, but that road has its own set of issues, so it basically bolis down to what does take preference for your use. Anyway, support for subs offset should be coming soon, hopefully. Edit: And it's been coming... and coming... and coming... for some time now. After I selected a subtitle during the movie a checkbox then appears below the selection called "Position". This must be a new feature, didn't see it a couple days ago.
