speechles 1917
Please try again with the Emby Beta for Roku and let us know if you still have the issue. If this an MP4 video that will not let you select embedded/internal subtitles this is a known problem we are presently working on. Expect a solution very soon. Peacepole1 1
hi - thanks for your reply - yes the issue is still there even with the beta. But I am suddenly getting a weird ransomware warning: ffmpeg is locking files! proc: (3822) /Applications/EmbyServer.app/Contents/MacOS/ffmpeg sign: validly signed with a Apple Dev-ID || ad-hoc files: › /Users/michaelsoaries/.config/emby-server/transcoding-temp/EDBA32_227.ts › /Users/michaelsoaries/.config/emby-server/transcoding-temp/EDBA32_201.ts
Luke 37008
Well they might be locked while emby is using them. Try restarting the server.
Peacepole1 1
Hi thanks that didn't work eirher. on another note I tried to uninstall the tv apps (the beta and the regular) - the web browser subtitles works fine - I even tried screen cast to the tv but the subtitles didn't cast over - thinking maybe that might clear a cache or something - only to discover once I tried to activate the tv that roku itself is down and has been so no new activations are possible. So currently tv is basically a brick until they get straighten out.
