Cast music to ATV always plays the first song of an album

If I caste music from another Emby (S10, EmbyWeb, EmbyTheater etc.) to ATV (Shield 2019 pro)  and would like play a specific song, the first song on the CD is always played. It is not possible to play a specific song.
So it is unfortunately not possible to use Emby on the shield as a music player and to leave the TV switched off
Emby for Android doesn't have this problem on the shield.

I didn't find anything about this problem via search.
Am i the only one having this problem?

I start Emby on my shield and login (Emby is always runnig on the shield anyway).
Then I open Emby on my smartphone or via Emby Web.
I tap on the cast icon in the upper right corner and select the Emby user of the Shield.
Then I navigate to the album I want and start playing any song.
But no matter which song I select within the album, playback on the shield always starts with the first song on the album.
When this song is over, the next one starts as desired, but I cannot start the 5th track  myself, for example.

With the remote control I can of course start any song, but not with the cast function

The problem also only exists in Emby for Android TV. When I install Emby for Android on the Shield, it works fine.

by clicking or tapping on the song on my smartphone or on the Emby Web that should be played on the Shield.
