Hi there, i own a DS218+

had emby running for best part of a year now, over the last 24 hours during the night my emby on my synology is making it run at 99% Disk and utilisation.

As soon as i stop Emby it goes back down to 1/2%.

I have tried reinstalling old emby and 4.5 and 4.6 beta also, I have also reset the DSM OS and reinstalled it.

I ran HTOP and its showing mono something thats taking up all the processing... although my cpu and ram is 8-10%.

My DS218+ is making a huge whirring noise 24/7 and its not stopped unless i stop emby anyone got any assistance?

As you can see from the screenshot the drops is when i restart emby

Looks like it is stuck in a loop processing a backdrop for client/app, there are over 4300+ errors on this specific database item (36544).

Pretty sure you would have to go through the api to find out the exact image.  But will wait to see what a dev says.

Hi, did you try navigating through the folders on the file system to see which one is consuming the most space?
