Nvidia NVDEC & NVENC help

Hello, i'm trying to use  NVDEC & NVENC on my server, but the option doesn't appear. I'm running a ubuntu server headless and i installed the headless nvidia driver but the option doesn't appear. Does anyone know anything i can do?

 I installed the main driver without the nvidia-settings dependency so it wont install the graphic components like desktop and that stuff.

sudo apt install nvidia-driver-450 nvidia-settings-

i used this.
