zoula 6 Posted October 25, 2020 Share Posted October 25, 2020 Hi, Every user but me (the admin) are unable to access live TV. Of coarse the option is check in the Users access control. I get this message : "there was an error in the HTTP response..." They are trying to connect with Roku and also from there phone using the android app. it use to work fine a few month ago... zoula 6 Posted October 25, 2020 Author Share Posted October 25, 2020 Hi, This is a popup from the Roku web app. When they select a channel to watch they got loading circle and then the popup screen. So, it is completely impossible to watch live TV remotely. I tried to log with there name and tried to watch live TV and it worked. I also tried with my cell phone with no WIFI turn on just to make sure that it's not because I'm on local network.
