Hi,

I have got this error on Android 10 when I try to play any video from Emby client on fire Stick:

2020-10-15 20:45:51.346 Error FfmpegManager: ProcessRun 'ffmpeg -hide_banner -version' Error Output:
CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE "/data/data/com.emby.embyserver/files/ffmpeg/ffmpeg": cannot locate symbol "__trunctfdf2" referenced by "/data/data/com.emby.embyserver/files/ffmpeg/ffmpeg"...

On android 9 everything was working fine.

Attached you can see all the LOG.

@pacop - The build tag that your log is showing (QKQ1.191021) doesn't refer to an official build, that's why we cannot know on which build of Android 10 it is based on.

There are known problems with some builds of Android 10, so when you cannot downgrade, but you know how to install custom ROMs, I would suggest to try ROMS that are based on different builds of Android 10.

Where is ffmpeg folder?, could it be the issue?.

@pacop - A non-official build means that it is logically impossible to determine a corresponding official build. They could have picked components from different builds, even from different OS versions and mixed them together in whatever way. We don't know this, and I'm afraid, but I don't see anything that we could do here (other than buying the same device, installing the same ROM and spending many hours or days to investigate this).
