PontusN 12
Hi there! I noticed today the throttling stopped working on some movies. On some movies it does not throttle at all and in some it throttles at very odd time intervals. The logs say: >>ThrottleBySegmentRequest: Initialize - TargetBufferSize: 120s But also during the transcode >>ThrottleBySegmentRequest: Latest request position unknown On the movies were it does throttle it can do so at 3:40 buffer size and not 2:00 as the goal is. Server is running 4.5.2.0 on PopOS (Ubuntu) on an Intel NUC7i5BNK This has not been an issue before, could easily handle several 4K HVEC streams at the same time without spinning up fans too much, now its 95c and fans at almost full speed with one stream. ffmpeg-transcode-229a335a-c7f6-4936-b22c-593d513ac8be_1.txt embyserver.txt Edited October 14, 2020 by PontusN

We'll look at adjusting it further. Thanks for the feedback.
