Luke 37050
Hi, one thing you can try is turning off hardware accelerated transcoding on your server and see if that helps.

Ok by disabling hardware acceleration. it's works. Can you tell me what are the consequences of activating hardware acceleration or not please And why works fine on my chrome browser at home but not on my chrome browser at my company ? Luke 37050
Hi, it just means that transcoding will happen with your CPU instead of the GPU. Is Windows up to date? Are your graphics drivers up to date? You could try updating everything and then seeing if you can enable hardware transcoding again.
