as title states, sometimes (quite often tbh) when i start viewing a movie on my tv the ffmpeg process gets stuck at 95% usage, the only way to solve it is to reboot the nas.

Hi, transcoding requires significant resources from your Nas. Were you not aware of this?

What emby app are you playing with? To better avoid this, one thing you can do is try to play content that doesn't require transcoding to begin with.

you don't understand, my nas has plenty of power, its a ts453 pro, been using emby for a couple of years and i've noticed that once in a while, even after stoping the video reproduction i tstays stuck at max cpu usage, which makes bo sense.

Let's look at an example. Please go over an example and attach the emby server log. Thanks.
