Separate Photos and Videos library re-instated so access rights to either content type can be set and used

I'd like the library options for a separate PHOTOS and VIDEOS library again.

This could co-exist with the new combined one as simply two menu options.

Reason: Not always clear what a video is and a photo in the combined library when using FOLDERS view. Also, separate libraries means you can restrict access to either for specific users. When its combined you can't.

It could be done without much work by setting up two combined libraries and using the tick option for "enable Photos" but it would also need an "Enable Videos" setting so you could use just one of them enabled for each of the 2 created combined libraries.

Even if we have this, we don't currently support using the same folder for two different libraries, if that's what you're intending.
