Mbedford 5 Posted August 23, 2020 Share Posted August 23, 2020 (edited) Hi support, Since my mediacenter upgraded to win10 2004 update last week, Emby cannot find Hauppauge tuners now on the 'TV Source Setup' using the 'detect my devices' button. This worked before and picked up my Hauppauge QuadHD tuner fine before. Error message given after clicking the 'detect my devices' button is: No new devices found. To add a new tuner, close this dialogue and enter the device information manually. I've attached logs. Thanks P.S WMC v8.8.4 can detect and use the tuners ok.
