Asking for Unlock again

Hi, I have two Android TV players, I purchase the "unlock" version, but when trying to access my another Emby player, I still required to purchase to unlock the second Android TV

Hi.  On the second Android TV press the "Restore Unlock" button.  As long as that device is logged into the same Google account that should fix you up.

hi Sorry, for the late reply, I tried to use the same account, but it didn't work, it asks me to purchase again, plus one more device didn't ask for unlock message, but asking to purchase Premium subscription

Hi.  Exactly what message did you receive when you tried the restore option?
