I cannot login from my phone or tablet ... I keep getting invalid password whether I try to sign in locally or remotely. I can sign in with the same password on my FireTV 4K and ShieldTV.

Hi,

The log is showing an issue with the deviceId.  Can you check this to make sure the device has a name set?
