Try switching the quality of the video to something like 1080-4mbps and see how this plays back. You can try a few different video settings. Tengo un iPad del 2018 (sexta generación), el modelo básico y tiene el Chip A10 Fusion con arquitectura de 64 bits y reproduce este tipo de contenido sin problemas (directamente sin transcodificar).
