It is just a cosmetical proposal: I use media stubs quite extensively, so it would be nice if there would be some kind of sign (blu ray, dvd etc) while browsing  your shares. So that movie x is just a stub and you can't expect it to play it out of the box. Put an icon for the media stub in the visible range. Defintely useful for sharing with others! Or make it optional for those, who would like to differ.
