Roku App Collections no longer displaying photos

I recently upgraded to latest emby server version 4.3.3.0 for linux 64bit. 

when using the emby for roku app to view my Collections, my photos are not displayed, only video content is shown.   However, when using my web browser to access emby Collections  i do not have this problem.

is there an issue with Collections section in emby for roku app?
