black_lc2 1
Hello everyone, I did try a lot but I can't help myself. So I have to ask you here. I have the Xoro SAT>IP Server 8100. Its plug and play configurated. I created a m3u list and use this list successfully on my Windows PC and Android Phone. On Windows I used VLC. Drag and Drop the List into it and have all the channels and can watch without problems. On Android phone I use SAT>IP>Moblie Lite. Load the List and everything works as expected via wlan. Here are the first lines of the mu3 file. I tried to load this into the Live TV of emby under M3U Tuner. Did not work. How should be the syntax that emby can load the streams? Thank you! #EXTM3U #EXTINF:0,1. Das Erste HD rtsp://192.168.2.54/?src=1&freq=11494&pol=h&ro=0.35&msys=dvbs2&mtype=8psk&plts=on&sr=22000&fec=23&pids=0,17,18,5100,5101,5102,5104 #EXTINF:0,2. Carlo 4330
What happened exactly when you tried to load this in Emby?
black_lc2 1
Nothing. The screen turns into black like a stream would be starting. I only can see the loading circle. Thats it. After a longer time of rotating the circle the is the message: Wiedergabefehler Derzeit sind keine kompatiblen Stream verfügbar. Bitte versuche es später nochmal oder kontaktiere deinen Systemadministrator für weitere Informationen. I will have a look at the log files now to find a hint whats going on there. Carlo 4330
Are you talking about during playback or just adding the Tuner to the system? BTW, just looked and these are rtsp streams which I don't think are going to work. Can you configure the Xoro SAT>IP Server to output TS?

In the time between i did try the same streaming url just with "http" except of "rtsp". Saved the file and loaded it into the vlc on my windows pc. It worked well. The stream is starting and everything is playing.

black_lc2 1
I did take a look at the xoro box. There is nothing to configure but: When the url with the rtsp protocol and the http protocol works without any configuration, maybe the box give us the possibility to reach the stream under supported protocols? How has to be the url to use the TS that you mentioned?
Carlo 4330
I just googled this device and it appears from my reading it only outputs rtsp and not transport streams so it's not going to work directly at present in Emby Live directly. HOWEVER, you can one of the Live TV plugins available in the Emby Plugin Catalog ALONG with an intermediary server. You could for example check the integration for TV Headend. If you setup a TVH server and get your streams working correctly in that, you can use that to feed Emby Live TV. You will get more help if you start a new post in this section of the website: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/forum/97-live-tv/ There will be other users with similar setups that should be able to assist. In my part of the world we don't have free to use Sat so I don't have a device like this.
black_lc2 1
I understand. Thank you for all your time and help. I will read a bit about TVH and search for assist in the subforum when I do need it. Thank you!
