Carlo 4330 Posted July 24, 2020 Share Posted July 24, 2020 You control this from the web admin settings. Click on Users in the menu then select this user. Scroll down until you see this section "Allow Media Deletion From" Anything with a check is enabled and the user WILL be able to delete in that library.
