Hi,

I added 3 sources of subtitles in to my movie folders..and still when i press a movie and try to look for new subtitles ,in any language ,no subtitles are found 

Any solution to this ?

i press a movie go to edit subtitle..choose a language and press search..and nothing ...

also the option of skip is not enabled

Hi.  Have you configured subtitle downloading?

Which providers and how?  Are you sure any of those providers have subs for the item you are searching for?

i did everything what u wrote ..nothing worked ..

Didnt worked

In the end i found the problem ,from some reason only after the"subdb"  plugin installation .everything worked ..

@bugmafia007 So the problem was you never configured any subtitle downloaders? Yes of course in that situation you will get zero results. Does this help?

SubDB not being installed wouldn't explain Open Subtitles not working.

Is this possibly related to my issue? I've confirmed correct setup of Open Subtitles and yet still cannot get any results.

exactly ...in the moment i configured opensubs everything worked 

if u ask me ..if opensubs works..no need for other subs sites.

Not in the last log from you that I saw.  It clearly contained an authentication error at OS.

Check 100% that your username and password works in opensubtitles ...

after ,login with your credentials :

u did it?Works ..same credentials use it in the EMBY server,restart it ,press save run a scan again ..Will work 100% ..if still have errors please add the logs ...
