M3U Movistar contratado

Buenas,

Ejemplo .m3u:

#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1 tvg-logo="http://www.movistar.es/estaticos/imagenes/tv-ocio/imagenes/logos-tv/140x114/promocional.jpg", Movistar+ HD
http://192.168.1.2:4022/udp/239.0.5.185:8208

Un saludo

A mi, esa configuración me funciona correctamente:

#EXTINF:-1,La 1 HD
http://192.168.1.100:4022/udp/239.0.0.185:8208

¿Tienes Emby Premiere?

It's just remuxing, not doing a full transcode. What exactly is the problem?

That’s the problem, Chrome can’t play that copied stream, it requires full transcoding

Good,

I open this topic because I am researching all emby in general. Well, in my house I have hired the movistar television, so for example from VLC I can load rtp links (rtp: //@239.0.5.185: 8208) and watch them without any problem.

But for other devices, such as a mobile phone, I install IPTV applications and load an M3U list "with links that pass" through the UDPXY program, this is to convert rtp into http. (Http://192.168.1.2:4022/udp /239.0.5.185:8208) and on all these devices they work fine.

Now this list can be put on emby's Live TV? Because using M3U Tuner, I load all the channels and their logos, but no channel is reproduced. On the other hand, if I use the "IPTV" plugin, it works, but of course, I can't put an .m3u file, but I have to put all the links one by one.

I don't know if I may have something wrong in the .m3u list for Emby, or it just doesn't support http udpxy.

Example .m3u:

# EXTM3U
#EXTINF: -1 tvg-logo = "http://www.movistar.es/estaticos/imagenes/tv-ocio/imagenes/logos-tv/140x114/promocional.jpg", Movistar + HD
http: //192.168 .1.2: 4022 / udp / 239.0.5.185: 8208

a greeting

Good.

Friend, I have a question, I'm about to hire service. Movistar fiber and comes with tv channels -. (They would leave the router to movistar encoder) How do I get or can I see my m3u list (of the contracted service)?

And it is also possible to see the channel guide in emby with this mu3 list obtained from movistar.

Solo necesitas tres cosas:

@Midaz did @vdatanet answer your question?

Do you still have any questions?

vdatanet if you don't mind me asking is this something you are currently doing yourself?
What proxy server have you used/recommend for this for step #2?

In the states we don't usually see these kinds of setups (nor enigma or free sat) so my experience isn't first hand info but only from mucho research & helping others with setups remotely and asking questions like I'm doing right now. :)

Yes, I use this on a daily basis. The proxy I use is:

https://github.com/pcherenkov/udpxy

With the proxy we can do the following:

rtp://@239.0.5.185:8208 becomes http://proxyip:proxyport/udp/239.0.0.185:8208

In Europe there are several FTTH providers that offer television for members only using multicast rtp streams. At the moment they usually do it without DRM, although some channels have DRM.

This is for paid services to a legit cable provider who supply the multicast rtp feed correct?

Yes, this traffic is only sent by the ISP if the client is subscribed.

Was just taking a look at the proxy and saw mention it's been replaced by gigapxy.  Have you tried it?  Overkill?

http://gigapxy.com

Yes, udpxy is an older version, but udpxy is free and open source, gigapxy is newer but it's licenced per server.  As it works well for me, I prefer not to touch anything, and I also save some money on the license.

In short, udpxy for home users and giapxy for enterprise users.

The future of this technology is in the air. Although it is legal, one can easily broadcast these streams outside of his local network. That's why ISPs gradually add DRM to channels. Most ISPs have ended up replacing this technology with OTT services. In Spain, only Movistar remains using ISP broadcasting UDP multicast streams.
