Aspect Ratio wrong in web app, not in roku app or xbox one

I am having an issue where black bars are appearing on the left and right sides of content that is already in 1080p. This can be remedied by changing aspect ratio to fill but its really annoying and this is a new problem I have been having I'm not sure if related to new emby version hard to say.

 

This problem doesn't occur when watching the same content on roku tv app or emby theatre for xbox one. This is true across multiple devices and accounts. IE multiple rokus don't have this issue, but multiple browsers including chrome and firefox are having this issue with aspect ratio. I have tried multiple computers and they are all having this issue.

 

This happens with library files as well as LiveTV content.

So I'm actually just dumb, maximizing to fullscreen fixes this issue entirely. Sorry for taking up anyone's time.
