AppleTV LiveTV not playing

Hello,

 

Not sure what logs are needed but trying to play LiveTV via AppleTV app. After clicking on a channel it opens up the title with a blank background.

 

LiveTV works fine on iOS and chrome browser.

 

Please let me know what info you guys need from me

 

Found the issue, so clicking on channel on mobile you have that big play button at the center top, but on appletv app there is no play button when clicking on a channel the only way to play a m3u playlist item is via guide which isnt ideal since I like to search for channel (using global search) then just simply clicking on a search result.

 

Is it possible to add the ability to click on play on remote for channel search results?

I’ll add this to our internal tracking system for a future release.

Seems like clicking play on remote does work from channel, but once accessing a channel there should really be a play button or even clicking play in a channel to start the stream.

What player do you use? Try the MPV player, both work for me, but the native player requires a server powerful enough to transcode. Where do you miss the play button?
