Loading Titles Quitting

I'm having a lot of trouble with libraries just quitting when they're supposed to be loading all of the titles into view. I'll just get a blank black screen or the spinning loading icon. A refresh will do the trick sometimes, other times I have to back out & return, but since the most recent upgrade & subsequent wiping out of my settings & then restoring them - things have been very bumpy. Am I the only one?

When I click 'Movies' or 'TV Shows' - really any option in my library. Admittedly there are a lot of files to load, and sometimes it is just being super slow...but before the last update, it wasn't anything close to this slow to load these same areas, nor was the failure rate so high. I am wondering if that whole mess with losing the settings didn't foul up my installation in some other way. I don't know if it's anything like other applications where you can reinstall & get lucky with a magical fix.. but is there a preferred way to sort of do a 'reset', without actually rebuilding anything manually?

I trimmed the end of the clip (after the animated spinner goes away, the screen just stays black). I hit refresh, and am asked to sign in to Emby Connect. I believe I had the cookies automatically being deleted when closing the Firefox browser I'd been using, so I added app.emby.media & all related URLs to the exception list so all of that stuff stays put. That takes care of the repeated login requests, but not the slowdown.

I'm definitely using an old computer to run the server (2011 Mac Mini; accessing from 2018 Macbook Pro) & some of these libraries do contain quite a bit of data (the "Studio Movies" library includes 725 items), but this seems to affect much smaller libraries in the same way. The best way to describe it - it's as if the most recent Emby server update has made it feel like it's running off of a 10 year old computer, whereas before it didn't seem to matter.

Making matters even more difficult is the fact that the problem now seems to be intermittent. I'm not sure how much this helps... I'm going to see if I can replicate it using TeamViewer, but while I have the Activity Monitor open to see if we are actually looking at an overloaded CPU.

One more bit of weirdness that may or may not be related....

I have an extra server that's inaccessible, possibly a leftover item from when I tried to rename it at some point in the past during another bit of troubleshooting. What's odd is that I'm not only unable to access it, but I'm also unable to remove it...If you watch the attached clip, you can see that the 3 dots from where you'd be able to access the contextual menu doesn't work for either the 'extra' server or the active one. I couldn't find anything in the settings that'd allow me to remove the non-working server altogether.
