I have a lifetime Premier membership and now with the latest server "upgrade" to 4.4.3.0

I now have a prompt on my Rokus telling me to upgrade to Premier status and disabling Live TV.

Can you tell me what gives....please

Hi.  Most likely, the update caused a change in your firewall rules on your server.  Can you check those?

Can you be more specific please?  I have been to my firewall and it allows connection for Emby.  Do you guys have to test Emby this way...ugh.

I guess we will wait until more people have this problem?

Is it possible to roll back to another version of Emby?

This is almost certainly related to network configuration and not the Emby version.  Unfortunately, everyone's local network can be a bit different so we cannot tell you exactly what to check but you need to be sure that the EmbyServer process is allowed to get OUT to the internet (not just that other devices can connect to it).

My Emby Key Says it is Invalid or Missing

Hi.  Can you please attach your server log here after having gone through the troubleshooting process in that article?

In this one instance, no it wasn't.  However, seeing the log from that procedure would have immediately alerted us to that fact so that is still always the best way to troubleshoot these issues.

In this case, the problem was fixed by Roku with a firmware update.
