Hi,

I have not been able to update my added plugins or get the catalog to load, infinite loader animation.
The server (DS918+, DSM 6.2.3-25426) has been powercyled and the latest 4.4.3.0 Emby update is applied.

Emby has been restarted multiple times as well.

The dashboard shows this error:

And I have attached the most current server log.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

can confirm it! Setting rights again via SSH or the DSM mask has not changed anything. I think it needs a hotfix, or is something offline right now?

Yes we're looking into this. Thanks for reporting.

Thanks @@Luke. I just came here to report the same thing. According to the alerts on the Emby dashboard, the plugin download failures started around 12hours ago on my Synology DS 918+ NAS. I'm not seeing the same alerts on my Windows 10 Emby server.

Please try loading the plugin catalog again and updating plugins, I think I've got this issue resolved.

Hello,

I am unable to refresh the plugin catalog. My DS411 has been rebooted several times, and emby app restarted several times as well. I even deleted the cache via SSH. I am at a loss understanding what is going wrong :(

I run Emby 4.4.3.0 on DSM 6.2.3-25426

I tried it all, with firewall off, no SSL, directly opened to the internet: no change.

So I've been toying with mono via ssh. I think that what is the source of my issues. I am trying to refresh the cert chain and this is what I got. All mono commands I tried crashed the same way (cert-sync, certmgr)

Example:

YYYY@DiskStation:/var/packages/EmbyServer/target/mono/bin$ sudo ./certmgr -ssl -m https://video.XXXX.me

Mono Certificate Manager - version 6.8.0.105

Manage X.509 certificates and CRL from stores.

Glad it is working for most. I'm not sure what might still be causing the error for some users. I believe I have done all that I can do on the server side, but I could certainly be wrong. I've tested all of our SSL domains using online certificate chain testers and all come out clean.

And what is this.

I can not updates my applications, plugins can not insert my friend and i can not insert my premium key. Emby-Premiere-Schlüssel fehlt oder ist ungültig.

Um einen Premium-Inhalt freizuschalten, wird ein aktives Emby-Premiere-Abo benötigt.
