App unlocking -problem?

Hi,

I paid for the unlock of the app and it looks like the payment went trough.

However the app is still nagging me to unlock. How can I get in contact with someone

 to try to solve this issue?

 

BTW, the app works pretty well in conjunction with the Linux server.

All is working exactly as it did before the payment. It is just the pop up to unlock is keeping showing up as noting happen telling me I got time till the beginning of the next month

Hi.  I think we need to look again at this specific situation in the app but that should stop by tomorrow morning.  Please report back if it does not.

Hi,

I gave it few days but unfortunately the problem persist. I think that during the purchase I saw very brief information that the transaction was refused but the money has been successfully transferred (got all the details if required)

Can you try the "Restore Unlock" button (on the same screen where you would purchase)?

Hi,

The problem is gone :)

I think that when I did Restore Unlock yesterday, it didn't work straight away.

But it took some time and now is ok.
