My key failed after it was reinstalled with emby

Recommended Posts

I'm using the synology Suite

Because my hard disk is broken, I have reinstalled the DSM system of synology after replacing the hard disk

And then I reinstalled emby

After that, I input the key I bought before, and prompt me that the key is valid

But the top right corner of the server still prompts me to get the emby premiere

I can use hardware decoding function, but I can't change the server's skin and use IPTV function

How can I solve this problem

Hi Luke

I rechecked my key according to the link you provided

Now my server is working normally

And my emby is normal when I visit the website

But now there are new problems. I use my android app to access emby

Mobile app reminds me that I don't have emby Premiere

How to solve this problem

Hi.  Something is probably blocking the mobile app from our site to validate.  What was the solution to the problem on the server?

I deleted the key and saved it, then restarted Synology

After that I used the Server configure backup plugin to restore the previous settings

Then I enter the key and save it, my server will display normal

I didn’t change the phone or change the settings, so I am confused now that the phone cannot be activated

And I know that my key is permanent, and my client has not reached the upper limit of 25 units

In the latest situation, although I don’t know the reason, I went back home and connected the phone and the server to the same network, and my phone APP could be activated again.
