jriker1 16
When I open the Emby "webapp" thru Chrome and try to start one of my MKV 4k HEVC videos it just spins and never starts. If I try starting one of my older movies that are actually WMV I get an error no compatible streams. This is running on Windows 10 with a Windows Server running Emby Servre. Luke 36879
Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/ Thanks. jriker1 16
Ahh, found it and it works. Only issue I see now is that the subtitles are not showing. Tried turning them off in the player on the web browser and on again but nothi. Thoughts? EDIT: Note it does seem to play them when you have them turned on by default. Can you not turn on and off subs while transcoding is in process? Even after pausing? Edited May 11, 2020 by jriker1
Luke 36879
Yes you can turn off subtitles during playing even when transcoding.
