Me ha dejado de funcionar en Amazon FireTV Stick

Hola a todos.

 

De buenas a primera me ha dejado de funcionar la reproducción de películas en Emby en mi Amazon FireTV Stick.

 

Entro en la app y veo todo el catálogo de películas, pero cuando le doy a reproducir, el programa no reproduce la película.

 

He probado a resetear el dispositivo y dejarlo de fábrica, pero sigue exactamente igual.

 

Descarto la conexión a Internet porque desde la tablet, el móvil y el PC, accedo y reproduzco contenidos sin problemas.

 

¿Hay alguien más que le esté pasando? ¿Se os ocurre alguna solución?

 

¿Hay alguna manera de visualizar el log de errores para saber qué error se está produciendo?

Hi.  What version of the app are you using?  What version is your Fire Stick?

 

Can you create the problem and then follow the instructions to send a log from the app?

Ya creo que sé lo que está pasando.

 

Y no sé si es un bug...

 

Tengo el servidor de Emby montado en un Docker, y el puerto WAN lo he puesto en el puerto 80.

 

Según he visto en los logs, cuando reproduzco una película, intenta contactar por el puerto 8096, pero ese puerto no es el que tengo abierto en el servidor.

 

 

Mi problema es que por más que intento logarme manualmente (poniendo IP y puerto 80 manualmente) al indicar usuario y contraseña, me da error de autenticación.

 

¿Alguna alternativa para solucionar esto?

Is the server actually remote (not on the same network)? If it is on the same network as the server it is going to use the local address.

Hi.

 

I've tried via web browser and the content plays perfectly, the problem is the FireTV Stick (mi Android Tablet and mobile work fine too)

 

I've change and align all ports (8096 for http y 8920 for https) and everything is working fine.

 

I think it's a problem related to Amazon FireTV app client and different WAN and LAN port.

 

It's weird.

PS: Yes, my Emby server is installed on a dedicated server outside my LAN.
