User -> Home Screen -> Library Order - Please add a "move to top" button

This is a small UI request, but...

 

In the user settings for Home Screen -> Library Order, the libraries can only be moved up one or down one. There is no AJAX drag-and-drop and no way to move something to the top or to the bottom. This results in a messy experience for those with a not-small number of libraries.  It would be great to add a 'move to top/bottom' button for each library and/or create a drag-up-and-down interface thing.
