I just activated an Ember trial on the Windows Store to test it out as an Emby Theater alternative, since that's the only Premiere feature I really need. Unfortunately, I can't seem to log into my Emby account. The server is running and configured correctly as far as I know. I've tried signing in using both Emby Connect and manual sign-in, but I keep getting an invalid username/password result once I get to the server user sign-in. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and even went as far as creating a temporary new user with a simple password on the Emby side. Still doesn't work, same error even though I'm sure the name/pw are correct. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If I wipe the user password completely I can sign in the user via Ember and access Emby content that way. So I guess the fix is to create an Ember-only account with restricted feature access.
