Short and Long Skips

SageTV has a very nice feature in that it had programmable short and long skips. I would use the long skip (150 s) to skip commercials and the short skip (5 s) to get to/back to the beginning of the program after the long skip. The current version of emby theater supports a programmable (between 5 - 30 s) fwd/bck skip. I would like to see support for a long and short fwd/bck skip.
