I know thats not very desirable and maybe not practical if you've got channels by the hundred, but if most are OK but you want to change a few, might be worth the effort. Using the Emby Guide data provider, we'll have multiple logo colors available, and our apps will choose the most appropriate one based on your current chosen theme color. I have custom logos and they auto loaded under "dark" But that is not the logo being used. I tried deleting the logos I don't need and they re downloaded.
