You already need to click a button to get past it. I believe they're asking for the "skip" button to be disabled, like unskippable copyright warnings on DVDs.

Yes it's exactly what I'm looking for

I have small 20 seconds to maximum 1 minute promotional videos I made for my online business. 

I gave access to some of my already customer or business partner to access to the Emby Server remotely. Inside I put video from my webinar I made in the past and future one that are coming with a lot of useful informations.

Since all of this is free, that's why I'm looking to lock down the intro per user or just have the function at least.

It's funny, some of us want a feature to skip intros others want to force intros.

I guess there are use-cases for everything. :-)
