Suddenly getting "Playback Errors" on local video files via both Roku app and GUI on the server itself. No issues playing the files in VLC.  Emby server beta v4.5.0.4.  Some pre-existing files (ie, not downloaded recently) play properly, others throw playback errors. Nothing I've downloaded today will play properly. Rebooted both Roku device and emby server machine.   Re-installed emby-server-beta.

@Happy2Play please move my posting to the Testing Area. Thanks.

Thanks for the guidance.   Just noticed that the (failed) attempt to play the file flips the "played" checkmark.

Not sure about the specific client or exact error, but I have the played problem all the time when accidently clicking play on my dummy items.  The error pops up in the web client and the item is marked played.  Seen this happen automatically progressing through and entire Series also.  One episode fails and it progresses to the next item.  Never reported as it was dummy test media.

But this is a additional issue to the original playback issue.

What time did you try to play and run into the problem?

If that question was directed at me, it was probably within 10 minutes of my first post.

I think it was an .mkv, but the problem hasn't re-occurred since about 2 hours after my original post.  Very odd.
