I can not open Catalog and it always stuck in loading, but My Plugins is fine.

So I can not download any plugins.

There are some details. I live in China.

My nas DS918+ is in my home that is far away from my workplace.

So everyday I watch movies on emby with DDNS.

play video is fine, download images is fine. except open Catalog always stuck .

whatever I try to use my phone, ipad, Mac, PC visit emby.media or app it just stuck.

I tried to use like VPN and then I can visit youtube but still can not open Catalog.

Hi.  This probably means something on your end is blocking access to our domain at mb3admin.com.

Are you using IPv6 on your network, there are several issues that require IPv6 to be disabled.  Topics with Linux and Synology forums.

It's probably being blocked from downloading the plugin package. Please attach the emby server log. thanks.
