zBernie 15 Posted March 31, 2020 Share Posted March 31, 2020 I just tried playing several home videos on my Roku, and Emby tried loading them, then a red dialog box appeard that indicated there were too many errors. I thought I would try to play the same videos using the web interface, and there are no thumbnails for many videos, just a black square. The same is true in most directories, a few thumbnails but mostly black squares. I checked the permissions of the files in one directory and they are all the same, so I don't think it's a permissions issue. I'm waiting for the 4.4.0.40 version to become available for Synology, hoping that might resolve some of these issues. Any help would be appreciated.
