Problèmes de coupures vidéos avec ma Nvidia Shield et direct web avec Emby

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un souci avec des coupures vidéos quand je regarde certains épisodes via les app Emby sur ma Nvidia Shield et en direct aussi sur le web. Avez vous une idée d'où peut venir le problème?
Pour info, ma Nvidia est connecté en Ethernet. J'ai la version 9 d'installée dessus, n° de modèle P2897 et la version logicielle shield android tv 8.0.2
Quand je passe en Wifi pour regarder ces mêmes épisodes via mon smartphone je n'ai aucun souci. Aucune coupure vidéo pendant l'épisode.
J'ai essayé sur différentes séries et différents épisodes et c'est toujours le même souci. La même coupure au même endroit de l'épisode sur ma Nvidia ou sur mon pc.

Aucun souci via l'app Emby de mon smartphone...

I use Mozilla Firefox browser and also i've made the test on Google chrome, I don't see any error message when the video cuts and it cuts a lot. In some serials there are a lot of cuts. And other episodes there is no problem.

The version is Emby Web 4.4.0.46 on the web and version 1.7.92g on the android tv nvidia shield.

About the logs I've problems because I don't have access at my expert menu and don't know how to get it. Is it possible to find it on http://app.emby.media/ or is there another page to enable the expert menu?

I found the debug option on emby app on my android tv and I've enabled it but after when i go to http://app.emby.media/ I don't find the way to see the log on the webpage.

I've attached 2 files. One what happens on mozilla firefox and the other one on google chrome but both with a lot video cuts. No problem with the audio.

I want to add also that I use the server who gave me somebody. I don't use Emby with my own files. That's the serials, movie from an external server.

I've donwload and install Emby server but I don't see the server who appears when i connect directly on the website http://app.emby.media/. How could i have this server on "Emby server"?
