sandro_rocha_1982 1
Good Morning. Sometimes Emby is extremely slow to load, both the web player and the WebOS application, on remote access. Is there any reason for this to happen? I used Emby for a few weeks with no major performance issues but it was suddenly slow. I usually use Emby, Sonarr, Bazarr, Deluge, Docker and native system applications on the NAS. The internet looks OK on both the server and the clients. Below are the logs. There are many because I restarted the server to see if it improved. ps: I had to install a downloader via Docker and a backup synchronizer on the NAS. Emby's slowness started a few hours after that. I disabled both applications to test whether they were impacting Emby's performance but the result has not changed. embyserver-63718880689.txt embyserver-63718882741.txt embyserver-63718889106.txt embyserver-63718893009.txt embyserver.txt ffmpeg-directstream-92fca277-4e7f-4e9f-9fff-8ca1f4617b2f_1.txt ffmpeg-directstream-988e75b3-4a09-4df1-bc34-94741b8e9133_1.txt ffmpeg-directstream-99af195b-2381-4ee0-83cd-be7cdead4fae_1.txt
Luke 37060
Hi, try removing the email and subtitle plugin, then restart the server and see if that helps.
sandro_rocha_1982 1
I will do that but I don't understand why plugins would cause problems if they didn't previously.
Luke 37060
It's a good first step to try. Thanks.
