Requesting some much needed window management & OSD improvements for desktop.

So I've mentioned this in the past, I was wondering if there was anything that could be done about the rather poor window management that emby theater currently has on multi monitor setups.

I am referring to how currently emby doesn't really seem like it fully behaves the way you'd expect a window to do it seems to inconsistently go in and out of "always on top mode" when maximized as a window, I've found that resizing the window to fill the screen real estate i would like it to helps, mainly i would like to see the ability to maximize the window on whichever monitor its active on, however it likes to jump between my monitors usually to whichever monitor is considered the "primary" set monitor. Again something that can be somewhat annoyingly overcome by manually carefully placing the window in the top left corner of any monitor and then resizing the window to fill the free space on the monitor in question.

Secondly, there is a bit of weird behavior resizing the windows while media is playing, maximizing the window by double clicking the top of the window to cause it to maximize leaves a large gap near the bottom of the screen, not fully filling the space on the monitor. In general the already poor window management seems to fall apart even more so when mpv is currently playing a file within the window, another thing I would love to see fixed, as its been one of my major frustrations that's been pushing me to an alternate other software for the last few months.

Third is the matter of the OSD Overlay, there's only one major issue ive been having with this, and its usually related to how long it stays open if you accidentally mouse over the monitor thats currently playing media, I recognize that this is a bit of a first world problem and not everyone multitasks while also watching things on a secondary display, but i think a good solution for this problem would be adding two new settings to the playback section, the first, adding a user customizable delay to even bring up the OSD, being able to set this anywhere from 500 to 2000ms of the mouse cursor hovering over the window in desktop mode, aswell as being able to set somewhere within same range, or even a lower range for the fade delay would be greatly appreciated on a desktop setting, namely making it hide the overlay much faster when the mouse cursor moves out of the emby window, so that it doesnt obfuscate the subtitles or the media being played.

I understand that my issues might be somewhat unique to my use case and developers might find it hard to justify the time needed to make changes to mitigate these problems but I would greatly appreciate any thoughts, concerns or feedback on these issues, thanks for your time.
