The server software is available in many formats from Windows to Mac to Linux to Unix to NAS boxes. Just download or select the version best matched for the server you will use. https://support.emby.media/support/home (support tab on the main website) will have a lot of information to help you understand what different things in the server mean and how to setup and use them. As an example https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001173111 shows you how to get your Emby Premiere key and how to enter it in the system. https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001159034-quick-start is an entry level article explaining the server/client nature and how they work together. There are articles in the Knowledge Base to help you setup and do most things in Emby.
