atomicmoon 139
I'm currently placing my 4k movies in a separate library, but this is starting to muddle up my home screen. Is there anyway to limit users access by quality? I do not wish to allow any access outside of my local network to 4k content. I don't even want it being transcoded.I would however, wish to include my 4k copies with my HD/SD copies of these films, but prevent them from being viewed outside of my local network. Thanks! rbjtech 4170
Agreed and this is currently troublesome. I've tried a separate 4K library (simply deny users access to that library), tagging (deny users access to movies with these tags) - all these methods 'work' to deny the remote users, but the result is needing to have duplicates in your library instead of a single multi-versioning item. I think this has been requested a few times now - my personal view is keep multi-versioning as the core feature and then allow permissions per item on top.
neik 834
I am experiencing the exact same situation, hence I do like your idea. +1

atomicmoon 139
This request exists out here in a number of forms but don't have the link handy right now. I figured as much, and did try to search before posting, but the syntax makes it difficult to narrow down. If you do recall a link, and can post it, I'll chime in there. Thanks EBR!
